QA Analyst

Overview

Job Role:

• Work with the product team to understand requirements and document the product requirements.
• Execute and improve QA processes via Test automation tools as well as manual testing
• Support Agile / Scrum software development life cycle and project management approach by creating, documenting, and executing test plans
• Troubleshoot software system errors and file processing issues
• Work on user experience testing and cross browser testing.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved and on release of application
• Identify, record, document and track bugs

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Understanding of SQL and browser developer tools (to review network call, performance of API)
