Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior QA Analyst/Tester professional to join our on-site team. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our AI voice products.

Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, logging defects, and improving product quality—especially for mission-critical BFSI and Real Estate workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on QA experience in a fast-growing, product-led AI startup.

Requirements

• Educational Background: B.Tech/BCA/MCA or MBA (IT/Operations/Systems specialization), recently completed or pursuing
• Tools Knowledge: Experience with Postman, JIRA, Cucumber (preferred but not mandatory), and Google Sheets
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with an eye for edge cases and bugs
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for issue documentation and cross-functional collaboration
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of QA concepts, SDLC/STLC, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Work Ethic: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Documentation Skills: Ability to draft PRDs and detailed test case documentation
