Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with Backend Knowledge

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with backend knowledge to ensure the quality of our software applications. You'll design, develop, and execute tests to identify defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute manual and automated tests for backend APIs and services

2. Identify and report defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues

3. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts

4. Perform backend testing, including API testing and database validation

5. Collaborate with DevOps for seamless integration and deployment

Requirements:

1. Experience in QA and backend testing (manual and automated)

2. Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python)

3. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Postman, Jest, Pytest)

4. Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

2. Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker)

3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
