QA Engineer

Overview

1. Responsible to inspect all types of fabrication and Transformer Tank manufacturing

2. Responsible to inspect all auxiliary equipment like OTI, WTI, BUCHHOLZ RELAY, PRV, OSR, CONSERVATOR and RADIATOR, VALVE and ancillaries.

3. Responsible to inspect all type of core manufacturing process and also winding manufacturing process

4. Responsible to check up all core and winding details as per given specification

5. Vendor selection, development, inspection and management of outsourcing components.

6. Non-conformance Analysis

7. Responsible to inspect all type of Lead items like CRGO, COPPER, OIL, and Insulation

8. Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.

9. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

10. Works directly with suppliers to ensure compliance of supplied materials

11. Facilitates analysis and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects.

12. Maintains operations data and prepares productivity/quality reports for management.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
