About the Role: We’re building a high-performing QA practice and need an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. You’ll partner with all IT team (backend, frontend, iOS, Android) to ensure reliability and quality in every release. This is your chance to influence testing strategy, elevate quality standards, and establish proactive QA processes.

What You'll Do:

Design and execute manual and automated tests across APIs, backend systems, databases, mobile apps, and web interfaces
Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST‑assured)
Perform functional, regression, load, stress, and performance testing
Collaborate with engineers and PMs to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability
Develop test cases, perform validation accordingly, and regularly update them to support regression testing
Document bugs clearly, track them to resolution, and conduct root cause analysis
Manage test environments and data, including scripting SQL queries and maintaining Redis
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Continuously improve QA processes and expand automation coverage
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of professional QA experience
Expertise with automation frameworks like RSpec, Postman, REST‑assured
Strong skills in testing GraphQL and REST APIs and writing SQL queries
Understanding of Ruby on Rails internals, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Jenkins CI/CD
Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills
Proactive, quality-driven attitude with strong ownership of processes
Effective communication and collaboration in a remote, async team setup
