About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled React Developer (SDE-3) with deep expertise in front-end product development to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performing user interfaces and have a strong eye for design detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and Redux
• Convert Figma design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS implementations
• Optimize React components for performance across devices and browsers
• Collaborate closely with back-end developers and product managers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with modern development standards
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications, proactively identifying and solving UI bottlenecks
• Follow best practices for Git workflows, code review, testing, and deployment

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of professional front-end experience, ideally in B2B/B2C product environments
• Deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid command of Redux for scalable state management
• Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect UIs
• Hands-on experience working with Figma
• Experience with Chrome Extensions and browser APIs
• Familiarity with VS Code/WebStorm and Git version control
• Proven experience providing technical leadership in UI development

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js, SSR, or hybrid React architectures
• Knowledge of TypeScript, TailwindCSS, or CSS-in-JS frameworks
• Familiarity with Storybook and component library development
• Experience with performance optimizations like lazy loading and code-splitting
• Exposure to testing frameworks and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Contributions to open-source projects, blogs, or developer communities
