SAP S/4HANA Technical & Integration Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems, cloud applications, and data sources.
• Mastermind the technical architecture of integrated solutions, leveraging SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, and other relevant technologies.
• Evaluate and implement industry best practices for secure and efficient data exchange using various integration patterns (e.g., API, middleware, cloud-based integrations).
• Work closely with business stakeholders and developers to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and prioritize integration projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Establish test automation tools to optimize testing efforts and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4HANA integration technologies and best practices, continuously upskilling yourself and your team.
• Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance the team's expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integrations.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with deep understanding of technical architecture, system upgrades, and cross-module integrations
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for developing scalable and secure cloud-based integrations
• Experience in designing and implementing integration flows using middleware platforms and APIs to connect SAP with third-party or cloud-based systems
• Proficient in SAP HANA development and performance tuning, especially in relation to integration and reporting layers
• Solid experience in providing technical support, resolving system and integration issues proactively, and ensuring minimal business disruption
• Working knowledge of ABAP programming to support custom enhancements and integration logic (Nice-to-Have)
• Familiarity with FIORI apps and user experience integration (Nice-to-Have)
• Understanding of test automation tools and their application in regression and integration testing
• Strong communication skills to work across teams, gather requirements, and document technical solutions effectively
