Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support enterprise-level digital initiatives. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring seamless delivery through collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to capture and analyze business needs
• Create BRDs, FRDs, and detailed user stories for AEM-based solutions
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
• Ensure AEM best practices in content structure and publishing workflows
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Support QA/UAT, test case reviews, and issue resolution
• Manage documentation and project tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Preferred:

• Adobe Business Practitioner certification
• Experience with Adobe Analytics / Target / Campaign
• CMS migration and DAM familiarity
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
