Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to post-go-live hyper care support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors to drive seamless implementation.
• Ensure effective status tracking, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Work with application development team and meet the project timelines.

Testing & Implementation:

• Lead Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system validations to ensure successful deployments.
• Coordinate with business users to validate solutions and address issues before go-live.
• Support post-go-live hyper care, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for change request and incident.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Application Implementation.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience with status tracking, risk management, and driving technology adoption.
• Ability to lead Unit Testing, UAT planning, and post-go-live support.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
