Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support product development and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for optimization across digital advertising campaigns.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor campaign performance on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and programmatic channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Support testing and validation of new product features or platform updates, ensuring requirements are met.
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst/Product or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing data and identifying trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is preferred.
