Role Description
We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to support and manage our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in handling support tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining secure, high-performing IT environments.

We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to support and manage our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in handling support tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining secure, high-performing IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot performance issues across systems, networks, and cloud platforms
- Administer user access and Group Policies via Active Directory
- Patch and maintain Windows Server operating systems
- Support Exchange Online email systems
- Assist with cloud-related technical projects
- Maintain and support cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS
- 5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge in:
- VMware
- Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Exchange Online
- Windows Server OS
- Intermediate experience with:
- Azure (Terraform, Network Security Groups, Entra ID, Azure Storage)
- AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM)
- Excellent communication skills
