Job Title : Senior Data Analyst

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and digital teams, collaborating with analysts, product managers, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, data managers, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights by combining statistical expertise, data manipulation skills, and business acumen.
• Develop and maintain key metrics, building intuitive dashboards to support decision-making.
• Independently conduct data analysis, applying established data and analytics strategies within your domain.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define and develop streamlined data models and integrate tools for automated data ingestion, manipulation, quality control, and analysis.
• Promote and adhere to data analytics best practices across teams.
• Present analytical results effectively to peers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to understand needs and inform solutions.
• Mentor and support the development of colleagues in data analysis and best practices.
• Possess working knowledge of data science methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application in data analysis.

Requisites:

• Proven hands-on experience in data analytics, data mining, and product analytics within complex, fast-paced environments.
• Applied expertise in data analytics and data pipelining tools across all stages of the data lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of select statistical methods with broad familiarity across multiple statistical approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and scripting in R or Python.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining moderately complex data pipelines.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric and pragmatic mindset focused on value delivery and timely execution, without compromising attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead large organizations.
