Overview
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources—including campaigns, websites, CRM systems, and third-party platforms.
Preferred Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, BuiltWith, Wappalyze, HubSpot, NeverBounce, Salesforce, email marketing tools, or similar tools
Design and maintain structured databases (MySQL, Google BigQuery, etc.) for organized and efficient data storage.
Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools to identify e-commerce tech stacks and platforms at scale.
Regularly update and validate the technology stack database for accuracy and relevance.
Analytics & Insights
Analyze marketing performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, CAC, and retention to drive optimization strategies.
Conduct deep website audits to identify technical SEO, UX, and design issues, benchmark competitors, and provide data-backed recommendations.
Segment and interpret customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities.
Create visually clear dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
Process & Automation
Build and manage web scraping systems to collect high-quality leads and market data from diverse online sources.
Establish automated data pipelines and reporting mechanisms to streamline team efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, cleaning, and analysis workflows.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality reports and insights.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to align analytics outcomes with business objectives.
Present complex data in simple, actionable formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing analytics, AI, and automation tools to continuously evolve the analytics function.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL/MySQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel
Experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and web data collection
Hands-on experience in web scraping, API integration, and data automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Leadership experience in managing small- to mid-sized analytics teams
Preferred Experience
