Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing strategies using JMeter
- Develop and maintain scripts (Eg. Windows PowerShell) for automation and system monitoring
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to integrate performance best practices throughout the SDLC
- Build and maintain dashboards for performance metrics and system health
- Perform reliability assessments and contribute to the improvement of fault tolerance and system uptime
- Automate routine tasks and support continuous integration pipelines
- Solid understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and reliability principles
- Should be able to execute his/her responsibility independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- 3-4 years of experience in performance engineering or related field
- Proficiency in JMeter for load and stress testing
- Strong scripting skills using Windows PowerShell or simiar
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Grafana or similar monitoring tolls
