Senior Front End Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• ● UI/UX Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications with a strong emphasis on UI/UX excellence.
• ● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to bring ideas from conception to production.
• ● Agentic AI UX Exploration: Show a strong interest in exploring and implementing agentic AI user experiences within web applications.
• ● Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and performance.
• ● Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.
• ● Offshore Flexibility: Be available for flexible working hours to coordinate with distributed teams across different time zones.
• ● Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

• ● Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries.
• ● UI/UX Focus: Strong background in CSS and a passion for crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences.
• ● AI Interest: Demonstrated interest in exploring and implementing agentic AI UX solutions within web applications.
• ● Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills with experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
• ● Problem Solving: Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• ● Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours for effective collaboration with global teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
