Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead who possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and solid technical expertise in PHP (Laravel), React, Node Js, WordPress, and Shopify. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage development teams, oversee project delivery, and actively contribute to the software development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage web and application development projects from concept to deployment.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using PHP (Laravel), React, Node JS, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
• Oversee version control, testing, deployment, and documentation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Continuously research and implement modern technologies to improve development workflows.
• Experience handling deployment on Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead and/or Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in:
• PHP (Laravel Framework) or Node Js (Good to have both)
• React.js
• WordPress Development & Customization
• Shopify Theme and App Development
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams or similar project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
