Senior Full Stack Developer (Client-Facing Role)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and leadership skills. This is a client-facing role where you'll not only build software but also build trust — with clients and your team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Handle complete software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams and backend developers
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews
• Review code and guide junior developers
• Ensure best practices and performance optimization

Client Handling:

• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions
• Translate client requirements into actionable development tasks
• Communicate project updates and timelines clearly
• Build strong client relationships through consistent delivery

Team Leadership:

• Mentor junior developers and support team growth
• Manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Foster a collaborative and agile development environment

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Frontend: React / Angular / Vue
• Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / PHP / .NET
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have:

• Prior client-facing experience
• Exposure to healthcare or enterprise-level projects
• Experience in agile/scrum environments
