About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Fullstack Developer to build, deploy, and scale high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and AWS. This role requires strong ownership across the tech stack and expertise in DevOps practices like CI/CD and Kubernetes.

You’ll act as the tech lead, working closely with both business and engineering teams, driving architecture, performance, and clean code implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Build fullstack apps using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)Design scalable APIs and backend services using Express Manage containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)Deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)Own CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCICollaborate with product, design, and DevOps teamsEnsure high standards of security, performance, and observability Review code, mentor the team, and guide implementation

Must-Have Skills

8–10 years in fullstack development Strong with React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context Proficient in Node.js, Express, REST APIs Experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, and Docker Solid grasp of CI/CD, debugging, and performance tuning Startup mindset: fast, adaptable, and proactive Strong communication and team collaboration

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with GraphQL Knowledge of serverless (AWS Lambda)Familiarity with microservices and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
