Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React and Node.js to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable working across the full development stack—from UI/UX to server-side logic and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end web applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using React and Node.js
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js
• Deep understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Experience with back-end development using Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development
• Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
