Senior Full Stack Python Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Full-Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in the Django framework to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend systems and intuitive front-end interfaces for modern web applications. This role requires a developer who can work independently and collaboratively, translating business needs into functional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Python and Django Framework.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python.
• Extensive experience with Django Rest Framework.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
