Senior IT Executive

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Executive for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing SharePoint environments, delivering IT support, and providing comprehensive desktop support to internal users. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations, end-user satisfaction, and proactive maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and support SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, site permissions, and workflows.
• Support users and teams in optimizing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 usage.
• Deliver support across IT systems—servers, networks, and cloud-based tools.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
• Handle IT procurement, vendor coordination, and license management.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Resolve hardware/software issues and manage user accounts, logins, and profiles.
• Support applications like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and standard business tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and perform system patching and upgrades.
• Create and maintain IT documentation using OpenOffice tools (Writer, Calc).
• Use Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools for cross-functional communication.
• Provide IT onboarding and training to new hires and end-users.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant IT support experience, including SharePoint administration and desktop support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Windows OS.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) and familiarity with IT tools and utilities.
• Working knowledge of OpenOffice
• Solid understanding of networks, AD, system security, and user access management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and user engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
• CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation
• Relevant desktop or infrastructure certifications

Qualification: Graduate preferably in science/ computer science/ IT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
