About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team in Bangalore. This role involves working on large-scale applications, building scalable backend solutions, and collaborating across teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Build robust and scalable backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Design and develop APIs for integration with frontend and third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and automation workflows.
