Overview
Were Looking For a Senior Performance Tester To Join Our Team And Take Ownership Of Designing, Executing, And Leading Performance Testing Youll Do
- Develop and execute performance test plans for web and cloud-native applications
- Use tools like JMeter for load, stress, and scalability testing
- Work with Kubernetes to manage containerized test environments
- Perform cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Leverage monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.) to identify and fix bottlenecks
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead a team of 45 testers, mentor junior members, and drive performance best Were Looking For :
- 710 years of hands-on experience in performance testing
- Expertise in JMeter, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of APM/monitoring tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation
