We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (SDET) who embodies our values of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who takes end-to-end responsibility for product quality. In this role, you will serve as a Quality Engineering Subject Matter Expert, ensuring our products meet the highest standards through strong technical practices, innovation, and proactive ownership.
About The Role
This position is a Senior position in Quality Assurance responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. This position works with management to enhance quality and process standards and to plan and execute effective and efficient test approaches to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data. This intermediate understanding of QA testing including different testing methodologies, legacy and new innovation/acquisition products.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Put customers first by ensuring our solutions are delivered with reliability, performance, and usability at their core
- Own the quality lifecycle of product features—from requirements to customer release—and act as the voice of quality in the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture) to embed quality thinking early and often
- Drive test strategy, automation, and continuous validation across UI, API, and data layers using modern tools and frameworks
- Bring observability to quality by establishing actionable metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops across teams
- Champion the use of GenAI tools and smart automation to drive innovation and accelerate testing cycles
- Mentor and uplift the quality engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing, inclusive feedback, and technical excellence
- Participate in retrospectives, post-mortems, and team ceremonies with a growth mindset to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software testing and automation in agile environments
- A deep understanding of testing strategies, QA patterns, and cloud-native application architecturesStrong hands-on knowledge on any of the programming language : JavaScript , Python , Java
- Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Webdriver.io).Hands-on experience with Observability tools like Kibana , Cloudwatch , Cloudflare , Pendo , New Relic etc
- Solid background in API testing tools like Postman, Insomnia, or requests or chai-https
- Basic SQL skills to validate data accuracy and integrity
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins or Browserstack. Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6) is a plus
- Exposure to AI-powered testing accelerators like GitHub Copilot, Claude Sonnet, etc.A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and hold yourself and others accountable
