- Participate in all phases of development from design to delivery, taking ownership of projects.
- Continuously learn and improve both personally and as part of the team.
- Demonstrate strong coding skills through code reviews and Fagan inspections.
- Maintain good communication and teamwork across diverse groups.
Experience Requirement:
- 6 - 9 years of experience in fullstack Python application development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native micro-services and backend development using Python.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently while mentoring junior team members.
- Experience in collaborative environments with architects and product managers.
Education: Any Graduation.
