Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our global development team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong expertise in React.js, C#, Dapper/Entity Framework, MS SQL, cloud computing, and AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support business-critical applications. As part of our offshore team, you’ll work closely with U.S.-based colleagues and stakeholders, balancing autonomy with strong collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, maintain, and optimize modern web applications using React.js on the frontend and C# on the backend.
• Database Engineering: Design and maintain robust database solutions in MS SQL, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Cloud Computing: Develop and deploy cloud-based applications (Azure, or similar) and apply best practices for security, scalability, and monitoring.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Leverage AI copilots and coding assistants to accelerate development, optimize code, generate documentation, and improve team productivity.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams using agile methodologies and asynchronous communication tools.
• Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while ensuring compliance with architectural standards. Conduct peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, C#, Entity Framework, and MS SQL.
• Proven experience in cloud computing platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP a plus).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools.
• Prior experience in distributed/offshore development teams.

Work Environment

• Full-time working from the Bangalore office
• At least 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for collaboration.
