Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in architecting, scaling, and optimising cloud infrastructure for a real-time SaaS data platform.
2. Contribute to building high-performance systems integrating with multiple external data providers.
3. Write clean, efficient backend code and follow best engineering practices.
4. Troubleshoot backend, infrastructure, and database issues in high-scale environments.
5. Work hands-on with technologies like GCP, Redis, Cassandra, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and real-time data pipelines.
6. Support high-throughput, low-latency API development and large-scale data workflows.
7. Collaborate with the CTO, product, and business teams to build scalable solutions.
8. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering quality.
9. Assist in resolving production issues for enterprise customers when required.

Other Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in software engineering.
2. Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).
3. Understanding of distributed systems, caching, and large-scale databases.
4. Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
5. Familiarity with Redis, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar tools.
6. Experience integrating APIs and/or working with real-time data pipelines is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
8. Comfortable handling, troubleshooting and fast-paced problem solving.
9. Bonus: Experience with Langchain, LLM frameworks, or GTM/data automation platforms.
