5 Core Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Developer to build a comprehensive Remote Employee Monitoring Software from scratch. This role requires hands-on experience in developing productivity tracking or employee monitoring tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of building a secure, scalable, and performance-optimized system for monitoring a fully remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and design the system architecture
• Develop modules for:
• Live screen capture and periodic screenshots
• Keyboard and mouse activity tracking
• Application and website usage monitoring
• Active and idle time tracking
• Login/logout tracking and attendance reporting
• Employee-level dashboards and reports
• Admin control panel with role-based access
• Integrate cloud storage solutions and build an admin portal
• Ensure strong data security, encryption, and system efficiency
• Maintain, update, and optimize performance regularly

Required Skills & Technologies

• Proven experience in developing Employee Monitoring or Time Tracking Software (mandatory)
• Proficiency in one or more backend technologies: PHP (Laravel), Python, or Node.js
• Experience with frontend frameworks: Vue.js, React, Bootstrap
• Familiarity with:
• Screen recording APIs
• System hooks for monitoring keyboard and mouse inputs
• Windows-based software development (Mac experience is a plus)
• Cloud services such as Firebase, AWS, or equivalent
• Strong debugging, documentation, and software security practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience
• Prior experience developing or contributing to Remote Employee Monitoring Software is required
• Portfolio, working demo, or GitHub repository must be provided
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable system architecture
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
