• Proven expertise in architecting large-scale React applications.
• Deep understanding of React ecosystem and integration with third-party tools.
• Exp with State management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• Ability to mentor teams in React best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  
  

Java

• Strong knowledge of Java concurrency, collections, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud for developing microservices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in advanced testing techniques and frameworks, including BDD/TDD with JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Ability to guide teams through code reviews, technical decisions, and best practices.
• Strong skills in project planning, cost estimation, and stakeholder communication.
• 8+ year of experience driving large-scale software delivery with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Familiar with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha and Enzyme.
