About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Software Tester to design and execute usability tests, analyze outcomes, and report observations to our design and development teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products — which are intricately integrated into client sustainability strategies and corporate branding — meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and compatibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of software testing principles, the ability to analyze results critically, and excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze product requirements, business logic, and technical specifications for web and mobile platforms.

Develop comprehensive test plans, including strategies for web, Android, and iOS applications.

Create detailed and reusable test cases for functional, regression, performance, and UI testing.

Perform functional, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing.

Apply Agile testing methodologies and contribute to continuous integration (CI/CD).

Design and maintain automation frameworks (experience in Selenium preferred).

Write scripts in PHP, JS, or other scripting languages to support automation.

Test iPhone, Android, Web, and iPad applications.

Prepare, execute, and document test cases.

Log, verify, and assist developers in recreating defects.

Conduct vulnerability and penetration testing to identify security risks.

Validate MySQL database operations (queries, integrity, and migrations).

Test REST APIs using tools like Postman.

Support the testing of integrations with Microsoft Office products and various APIs.

Identify and implement continuous improvements in testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in digital/software testing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to summarize and communicate test results effectively to cross-functional teams.

Experience mentoring and influencing team members in software automation.

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Postman, MySQL Workbench, Selenium (web), Appium (mobile), and OOP concepts.

Strong experience testing SaaS-based products on AWS cloud.

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and release processes.

Experience with Git, GitLab CI, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Ability to create and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously with globally distributed teams.
