Position: Java Backend Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Java 8/21 and the Spring Boot framework. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications in a microservices environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8/21 and Spring Boot.
• Build customized RESTful APIs leveraging core Spring Boot modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong programming expertise in Java 8/21.
• Proven experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL and relational database concepts.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes in a DevOps environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with Angular or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, especially EKS on AWS.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and authentication/authorization strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹572,581.80 - ₹2,443,481.77 per year
