- Jaspersoft Report Development
- Bartender Label Development
- System issues handled via IT4YOU
- Application / Server Maintenance
- Static data migration between application (from Dev to QA to Prod)
- Ensure LIMS upgrade does not impact the system for all sites
- Centralize all LIMS needs (discussion with vendors, link to IT BP / IT procurement and digital strategy)
