Technical Lead - Manual Testing

About the Role

At Aristocrat, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Lead - Manual Testing to join our ambitious engineering team. This is an outstanding chance to create a significant impact by ensuring flawless delivery of our high-quality applications. You will be part of a LOB application team working on a critical application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing process to ensure world-class application releases.
• Identify defects and verify functionalities strictly adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement testing strategies.
• Collaborate with various collaborators to identify testing needs and priorities.

What We're Looking For

• B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA /M. Tech. in CS/IT/ECE with 5 – 8years of Manual Testing experience.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders.

• Preferred - ISTQB/ ISEB certified.

• Working Knowledge of Automation testing is a plus.
