Technical Lead

• Developing software products using modeling techniques and software design patterns
• Assign and manage user stories and issues from testing according to the Sprint schedule.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE / XML
• Experience in developing Webservices (REST & SOAP)
• 6 to 8 years of IT industry experience delivering stable and scalable applications
• Experience in object-oriented analysis, design & programming, database modeling, etc.
• Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Good experience with unit testing processes and tools (JUnit , Mockito)
• Hands-on experience in design patterns
• Experience using the ORM frameworks /JPA
• Experience in in Javascript, AJAX and other Java presentation technologies is a plus
• Hands on with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Excellent ability to communicate information effectively to internal product leaders
• Demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and strong verbal & written
• Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).

Education: B.E, B.Tech or Masters in CS, CIS, Engineering (Any), MIS, or any related field.
