We need an experienced Technical Lead with 5+ years of hands-on development experience and 2+ years in leadership roles. You'll architect solutions, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across our product suite.

✔ Technical Leadership: Guide architecture decisions and set coding standards

✔ Team Mentorship: Lead & grow a high-performing engineering team (5-8 members)

✔ System Design: Architect scalable, secure cloud-native applications

✔ Code Reviews: Ensure quality through rigorous review processes

✔ Agile Processes: Optimize our SDLC for maximum efficiency

✔ Stakeholder Management: Bridge gap between business and technical teams

✔ Innovation: Research and implement emerging technologies

🛠 Tech Stack Requirements

🔥 Core Languages: Java/Python/Node.js (expert in at least one)

🔥 Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (certification preferred)

🔥 Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) + NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)

🔥 DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

🔥 Frontend: React/Angular (nice-to-have)
