Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Tracking: Implement effective project management techniques to monitor progress and deliver on technical milestones. Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, deliver updates, and manage expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports current operations efficiently and is scalable for future growth and innovations.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analyst, Leads and developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring high standards of technical excellence.
