Job Description:

As the UI/UX Designer and Full-Stack Web Developer you will be responsible for the holistic creation of websites, encompassing user experience research, interface design, and full-stack development. This role demands a blend of creative design prowess and technical development skills to build intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and high-performing web solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and understand target audience needs.
• Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for website layouts and user flows.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that align with client branding and user best practices.
• Perform front-end development using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks).
• Implement back-end functionalities and integrate with databases to ensure robust application performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimize websites for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with clients from conceptualization to launch, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to deliver high-quality, bug-free web experiences.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends, web development technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer combined with strong Website Development skills, evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar industry-standard software.
• Expert knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and popular frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with back-end development languages (e.g., Python/Node.js/PHP) and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate design and technical concepts clearly.
• A strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
