### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer & Developer** with 1–2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and be proficient with tools like **Figma**, **Canva**, and **Adobe After Effects**. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Design intuitive, user-friendly UI layouts for web and mobile applications.

* Create interactive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes using **Figma**.

* Design marketing materials, social posts, and visual content using **Canva**.

* Produce motion graphics, animations, and interactive UI transitions with **Adobe After Effects**.

* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective design solutions.

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

* Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all digital touchpoints.

### **Required Skills:**

* Proficient in **Figma** for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.

* Strong graphic design skills using **Canva** for visual content creation.

* Experience with **Adobe After Effects** for creating UI animations and motion graphics.

* Good understanding of design principles, typography, spacing, and color theory.

* Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.

* Experience working with agile teams and product development cycles.

Pay: ₹11,678.00 - ₹42,814.23 per month
