Job Title: Data Analyst & Web Scraping Executive

About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional who can not only analyse large volumes of internal data but also perform structured webscraping from Google, online directories, B2B portals, and social platforms to generate valuable business intelligence.

This role is crucial in supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Export teams by providing accurate insights, competitor intelligence, and structured reports.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

• Analyse internal sales, logistics, and customer data using MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Build dashboards and visual reports for management.
• Track and forecast product performance and market demand.
• Conduct competitor analysis and price benchmarking.
  
  

Web Data Scraping

• Extract structured data from websites, portals(like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.).
• Collect and maintain databases of:
• Distributors / Stockists.
• Importers/Exporters.
• Doctors/Retailers/Clinics.
• Governmenttenderlistings&relevantcontacts.
• Automated scraping using tools.
• CleanandvalidatedataforCRM integration.
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI/ Tableau.
• Experience with Python for scraping.
• KnowledgeofGoogleSearchOperators&scrapingtools(Octopuses,WebHarvy etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Experience in pharma, FMCG, export, or e-commerce domains is a bonus.
• Ability to convert raw data into business-friendly reports.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master'sinComputerScience, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Certification in Data Analysis or Python preferred.
