About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience in WordPress and PHP development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining websites, along with a strong understanding of web technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and web services.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across browsers.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to implement website enhancements.
• Perform regular website updates, backups, and security maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Web Development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress development (theme customization, plugin integration, and website management).
• Good understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of WordPress page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, and website deployment processes.
• Knowledge of website security best practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
