Overview
Job Position : Dot Net Development - Team Manager
Experience : 6-9 Yrs
Location : Nava India, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of .NET developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, MVC, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Review code for quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage task assignments.
- Mentor junior developers and support skill development within the team.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server – queries, procedures, and optimization.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in team handling or project leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
