Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance .NET Console/Windows applications, middle-layer services, and SQL-based back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, scalable solutions that power enterprise eCommerce and ERP-integrated applications.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean architecture, performance optimization, debugging complex challenges, and delivering rock-solid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Console/Windows applications.
• Build and enhance middle-layer services using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement robust back-end functionality with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with project requirements.

Design & Architecture

• Contribute to designing scalable, modular, and high-performance architectures.
• Collaborate with team members to refine software design principles and patterns.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with developers across front-end, middleware, and back-end layers.
• Ensure smooth integration across application components.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Problem Solving & Optimization

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance & reliability.
• Identify system bottlenecks and provide long-term, scalable resolutions.

Quality Assurance

• Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Conduct unit testing and assist in QA workflows to ensure robust delivery.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Translate client/business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system changes, enhancements, and modules.

Technical Requirements

Core Skills

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework (v3.0+).
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common design patterns.
• Expertise in SQL Server (2005+), including:
• Stored procedures
• Indexing
• Query tuning
• Triggers

Web Services & Integration

• Hands-on experience with RESTful & SOAP Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Web API development & integration.
• Experience with ERP or OData API integrations (preferred).

Additional Technical Skills

• Proficiency with LINQ, XML, JSON.
• Experience creating Windows applications with WPF.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue) is a plus.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, Kiln, GitHub, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, Postman, Swagger.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (GP, AX, NAV, BC, F&O).
• Hands-on experience working with international clients.
• Strong interest in automation, systems design, and modern integration practices.

Educational Requirements

• B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Tech or equivalent.
• Certifications in .NET, API development, or related technologies are an added advantage.
