.NET Developer (C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript)

Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Technical Skills:

• Web 2.0 Application Development

• C# .NET MVC, C# WCF / SOAP Services

• HTML, JavaScript, CSS

• jQuery, Bootstrap (Optional: React, Angular, Knockout)

• Entity Framework, Dapper

• xUnit or equivalent unit testing framework

• GIT for version control

• Advanced SQL (MySQL & SQL Server), query optimization and troubleshooting

• Windows Services

• Basic Windows Server Administration

• CI/CD using Jenkins or Hudson

• Deployment scripting using PowerShell

Key Support Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize workload effectively

• Respond to and resolve support tickets and requests

• Provide superior customer support for enterprise customers

• Analyze and support resolution of simple to moderate inquiries

• Track issues and maintain accurate logs in tracking systems

• Demonstrate strong analytical, reasoning, and multitasking skills

Key Development Responsibilities:

• Participate in feature SCRUM teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software

• Resolve complex technical issues independently

• Stay updated on new technology trends and apply them where relevant

• Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices

• Perform research, design, and development within assigned product lines or business areas

• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and architecture discussions

• Parse and analyze log files (IIS, Application, Event Viewer)

• (Bonus) Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

• Lead by example and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Other Skills:

• Strong understanding of MVC software architecture and general system architecture

• Solid grasp of Agile/SCRUM methodologies

• Familiarity with industry-standard development best practices

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Knockout)

• Exposure to ELK stack for log analysis

• ISTQB or similar QA certifications

• Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
