Job Overview:
Csharptek is seeking a skilled and experienced React + Python Developer to join our growing development team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in front-end development using React.js and back-end development using Python frameworks like Django or Flask. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications that serve real business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build dynamic front-end components using React.js.
• Develop scalable and secure server-side logic using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to manage and structure data effectively.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript and Python code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Use Git for version control and contribute to a collaborative and transparent development process.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices and standards in software development.
• Deploy and maintain applications, optionally using Docker for containerization and consistent environments.
• Follow Agile development methodologies, actively engaging in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js and front-end technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development skills using Python, particularly with Django or Flask.
• Solid understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git for version control in a collaborative development setting.
• Understanding of containerization using Docker is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
