(Senior) Data Analyst

You have 5 years or comparable professional experience in data analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in the B2C domain
You have strong knowledge of Snowflake for cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics, along with expertise in SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Data Sharing, Time Travel features, and dynamic tables
You are proficient in developing Power BI dashboards to create interactive and insightful reports that effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders, along with a good hold of knowledge in writing DAX functions
You have expertise in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation, including writing optimized queries, performing data aggregation, applying filters, and executing joins across multiple tables
You are confident in implementing and maintaining ETL pipelines for efficient data processing and integration across multiple sources
You are familiar with data wrangling and analysis using Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL
You have strong expertise in managing and analyzing Point of Sale (POS) data, deriving actionable insights for business decisions, and possess hands-on experience in E commerce (E-com) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) data tracking, such as in monitoring web traffic, online sales, and conversion rates
You possess extensive experience in integrating data from Amazon, Google, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
You excel at designing and implementing data-driven strategies, conducting root cause analysis on data discrepancies, and working closely with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics
You work independently, analysing and interpreting customer journey data, identifying key touchpoints, and optimizing the user experience
You know data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in data management
You have experience working in international teams with close interaction with clients or product owners. Experience collaborating with German teams is a significant advantage
You bring strong consulting and communication skills, excellent proficiency in English language and confidently present your ideas to stakeholders
You possess a master’s degree following a three-year bachelor’s program or a four-year degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or have pursued a comparable course of study
