Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Qlik Sense Developer with at least 7 years of experience to join our Growth, Pricing & Commercial Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Qlik Sense applications that deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data visualization, enhance business intelligence capabilities, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development, including dashboard creation, scripting, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL expertise – Experience with complex queries, stored procedures, and relational database management.
• Business Intelligence Expertise – Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and ability to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
• Data Engineering Knowledge – Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Agile Experience – Comfortable working in an Agile environment with iterative development cycles.
• Technical Stack Familiarity – Experience with Qlik NPrinting, QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address data and performance challenges.
  
  

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Snowflake, or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting languages for automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  
  

Goals and deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Qlik Sense Development & Optimization – Design, develop, and optimize Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and applications to support business users.
• Advanced Data Modelling & ETL – Work with multiple data sources, design scalable data models, and implement efficient ETL processes for optimal performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with pricing, commercial, and finance teams to understand business requirements and develop insightful data solutions.
• Performance Tuning – Optimize data models and visualizations for scalability, efficiency, and speed in large datasets.
• Data Governance & Quality – Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, aligning with governance best practices.
• Automation & Scripting – Develop Qlik scripting (Qlik Script, SQL, or Python) to automate data processing and enhance efficiency.
• Mentoring & Documentation – Provide guidance to junior developers and maintain documentation for Qlik Sense applications, best practices, and processes.
