Roles And Responsibilities

with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and GoLang.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Write clean, modular, testable code and maintain high code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and improve development processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and GoLang.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
