We are looking for someone who is driven by data, enjoys working on complex data sets to help clients solve diverse real-world problems and drive business performance, navigate risk, and develop pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.

She/He will be an integral part of a growing product team with an opportunity to work and build a suite of product(s) and solutions for an impressive array of marquee brand companies that are strategically dependent on information and technology to grow their revenues on online Develop strong understanding of processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa and to be able to thought partner with clients to provide suitable recommendations to solve challenging business operations issues

• Define operational models for our clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities
• Lead major process enablement and transformation initiatives
• Manage and influence stakeholders across product/ business, tech and design teams to produce high-quality results
• Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic, project management and business storytelling skills
• Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships
• Participate in business and strategy development
• Develop a good understanding of various mathematical and statistical models related to the project to enable decision making
• Conceptual thinking and ability to find innovative ways to solve analytical problems
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Automate data templates and reports
  
  

Desired Profile

• Experience : 1-2 yr (BAs)
• B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree from reputed institute(s)
• Good Analytical skills. Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into the analytical framework
• Good business acumen with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
• 2-3 Technical skills of the following along with the passion to learn : Advanced Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Python, Generative AI (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working in a client-facing role is a plus point.
• Growth Mindset and empathy with a flair for functional design and data storytelling
• Good business acumen with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into the analytical framework
• Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem
• Proactive with strong organisational skills & the ability to prioritise and work on projects with great efficiency & attention to the details and ownership in taking things to completion
