Were now looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape data-driven decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify and analyze business challenges and opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze product usage, student engagement metrics, and platform performance data to support business decisions.
- Create dashboards and generate reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product and growth strategies.
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations and help prioritize business actions.
- Support in preparing business presentations and strategic & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in an EdTech or SaaS company).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Good understanding of KPIs, user funnels, and product metrics.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
