Role details:

• Title / Designation: eTime Analyst
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 2 – 8 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Support and maintain ADP eTime, Workforce Manager, Global MFT, and Workday integrations.
• Manage application architecture, upgrades, testing, reporting, and data analytics.
• Create technical specifications and ensure data requirements for payroll/time systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and global business units to resolve issues and support deployments.

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years in ADP Workforce Management/eTime with GlobalView and Celergo integrations.
• 1+ year in Workday integrations and reporting.
• Experience in large projects and structured, project-managed environments.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, ADP GlobalView G2/SSL tools, and PECI Connector integrations.
• Education: BE or BTech Degree in a technical program.
